Payment Methods We are happy to
accept your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We
can also accept checks mailed to our address, though we wait one week
to make sure the check clears. If you have a special payment circumstance
requiring a payment method not supported, please contact our customer
service department at (619) 825-8875.
What to do: Just provide your
credit card information in the fields provided in our order-form. We charge
your card the same day your order ships.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is charged
only on orders sent within California. Tax charges are displayed on the
Order Review Screen prior to completing your purchase.
Shipping
Basic Domestic - US Postal Service
Priority Mail (US only) We send all packages via USPS Priority Mail service.
We feel this service offers the best value for our customers.
International Shipping - US Postal
Service Air Parcel Post (International) We send all international packages
via USPS Air Parcel Post. We feel this offers the best value to our international
customers.
UPS - We can send your package
via UPS. Just select one of the "UPS" options within "Choose
shipping options for Animation Trip". Your shipping charges will
be totalled and displayed on the Order Review Screen prior to completing
your purchase.
Special Shipping- Special Shipping
Requirements We recognize some of our customers have special shipping
requirements. We hope one of the following options will meet your shipping
needs: Your purchase can be sent via any carrier you choose using any
of their available shipping methods.
What to do
Select "Special Shipping Requirements" from the list titled
"Choose shipping options for Animation Trip" and tell us what
carrier and which service along with your account number or credit card
number to be used for payment. If you have any questions or problems,
please contact our customer service department.
How long does it take?
We do our best to get all orders received by 12:00 pacific time shipped
that same day. Although we do our best sometimes it takes a little longer
to process the orders. If you need your order as soon as possible please
call to inform us and confirm that the order will be shipped the same
day.
Returns
Opened merchandise Opened undamaged merchandise may not be returned.
What to do:
We would like an opportunity to determine if we may be able to find other
solutions for you. Please call our customer service department at (619) 825-8875.
Unopened merchandise: You may return
unopened and unused merchandise purchased from Animation Trip for a full
refund (minus any shipping charges) or exchange it for another title.
We extend this service for 90 days from the purchase date.
What to do
Call our Customer Service department to receive a return authorization
code.
Properly package the product and include:
Printed receipt
The product to be returned
State your intention- return for replacement or refund
Return the package to us with the return authorization code visible on
the label
Defective merchandise
We offer two replacement programs for your convenience. Return for Replacement
and Instant Replacement. Contact customer service to arrange for Instant
Replacement. We will accept your order for a new copy (which we will send
within 24 hours) charged to your credit card. When we receive the defective
copy your credit card will be credited of the charges from the replacement
copy.
What to do
Call our Customer Service department to receive a return authorization
